YOUR DATA

When an enquiry is made using the 'Contact us' or 'Join us' forms, your information is sent to our Groups Scout Leader (GSL) and a back up copy is sent to the website administrator. The GSL will either contact you directly or pass your details to the relevant section leader for them to deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible. All data within enquiries is deleted after a reasonable period of time has passed and after the enquiry has been completed. This includes all copies held by the GSL, section leader and the website administrator.
